Description

These are evergreen, woody-stemmed twining climbers with stems that exude milky juice when cut. They will produce terminal clusters of bell-shaped flowers which are scented. The fruits are pear shaped and green. They are half hardy and will grow in a sunny position with fertile, well drained soil. Propagation is by seeds in the spring or by stem cuttings in late summer or early autumn.
